If you are unable to log in to your SHFNF account, you can try the following:
You can reset your password from the login page, or by going to the link below. You will need to know either your username or the email address used on the account. Before resetting your password, we recommend adding [email protected] to your safe sender list or contacts.
Once you enter your username or email address, an email will be sent to the email address used in the account. Please check your spam, junk or clutter folders, as emails can sometimes land there in the first instance. The link will be sent immediately, however it may take a minute or two for it to appear in your email client. Some NHS systems may significantly delay the delivery of external emails.
If you are no longer able to access the email account used in your SHFNF account, you will need to contact the SHFNF administrator ([email protected]) and request that your email address is updated before continuing.
